  • champignons – 250 g;
  • red onion – 100 g;
  • zucchini – 200 g;
  • cabbage – 250 g;

  • Flour – 5 tbsp. L.;
  • water – 150 ml;
  • vegetable oil – 50 ml;
  • smoked paprika – 1 tsp;
  • coriander – 1 tsp;

  • Black pepper – 1 tsp;
  • Salt to taste.

Cooking

  1. Cut all the vegetables with thin strips.
  2. Add spices, starch, flour and water.
  3. Mix well so that the vegetables are evenly covered with batter.
  4. Put the mixture in a preheated pan with butter.
  5. Fry until golden crust.
