- Bulgarian pepper – 200 g;
- champignons – 250 g;
- red onion – 100 g;
- zucchini – 200 g;
- cabbage – 250 g;

- water – 150 ml;
- vegetable oil – 50 ml;
- smoked paprika – 1 tsp;
- coriander – 1 tsp;

- Salt to taste.
Cooking
- Cut all the vegetables with thin strips.
- Add spices, starch, flour and water.
- Mix well so that the vegetables are evenly covered with batter.
- Put the mixture in a preheated pan with butter.
- Fry until golden crust.
