“Does Vitali have another apartment?” Ukrainian director announced the triumph of Kondratyuk in conflict with Kozlovsky

Bodnarchuk noted that the return of all rights to Kozlovsky’s songs is “rather a triumph of Kondratyuk than Vitaly”.

“Think about it, people responded to old favorite songs produced by Igor, but Vitaly sang for another 12 years after that scandal and … more worries what will happen next when the kambeki will respond? Does Vitaly have another apartment that can be sold to persuade Igor to stick Pinacoem and Shakespeares?” – wrote the director.

Context

Kozlovsky began to cooperate with Kondratyuk after participating in the “Chance” project on the Inter TV channel in 2003. In 2012, Kozlovsky broke off relations with the producer.

On October 12, 2023, Kozlovsky said that “Kondratyuk takes his military salary.” According to the artist, the debt arose due to the fact that after the cessation of cooperation, he performed songs to which the ex-producer belonged. “As a result, there are already a legal lawsuit against me for a violation of copyright. I have already paid 1 million UAH. Then new claims have flew. Now I have to pay another 2 million,” Kozlovsky said.

On October 23, Kozlovsky turned to the ex-producer with the proposal “to complete their conflict humanly,” but he refused.

Kondratyuk said that the singer owed to him about 1.5 million UAH. In response, the artist said that, refusing to negotiate, Kondratyuk wants to destroy him.

On May 6, 2025, Kondratyuk said that Kozlovsky paid for the whole debt and received the rights to all his songs.

Kozlovsky commented on the event, noting that “free from Kondratyuk.” “From today, all court cases are closed. All my old hits belong to me,” the artist wrote.
