In the first half of the year, 3.1 billion rubles were allocated in the social bond of workers and non -working pensioners of the Krasn.

The results of the implementation of collective agreements of enterprises, branches, subsidiaries and dependent societies of Russian Railways within the boundaries of the Krasnoyarsk Railway for the first half of 2025 were brought in Krasnoyarsk at the forum of social responsibility and partnerships.

The forum was attended by Deputy Head of the Krasnoyarsk Highway Evgeny Ashmyag, First Deputy Head of the Department of Social Partnership, Labor and Wage Rosprofzhel Mikhail Lashin, Chairman of Dorprofshel Alexei Karasev and a highway.

The forum participants evaluated the implementation of the collective agreement of Russian Railways, which enshrined all guarantees and obligations to employees, their families, veterans and pensioners. For 6 months of this year, 3.1 billion rubles were allocated to the Krasn for their support. All obligations are fully fulfilled.

Evgeny Ashmyaga noted that in accordance with the collective agreement, the wages of workers in the first half of the year were twice indexed (in February by 2.04 %, in March by 1.6). The growth of real wages amounted to 5.2 %.

Particular attention was paid to improving the social conditions and labor protection of railway workers-the costs of implementing these programs for 6 months of 2025 amounted to 917 million rubles on the RUBS.

In addition, almost 11.6 thousand employees underwent additional training and improved their qualifications. More than 1.8 thousand children from the families of railway workers rested in the recreational camps of the Krasnoyarsk Railway.
