“To do this, you need to design a network of underground cable channels with technical and observation wells and other elements that will allow both existing and new networks and cables in them,” the administration explained.
The city hall also recalled that the underground method of placing networks and cables is fixed in the rules of improvement of the city. Gradually, all network organizations are obliged to switch to it. For several years, when transforming all public spaces and streets, it is precisely this standard that has been used.
