On September 20, during a large autumn cleaning of Krasnoyarsk, residents put in order more than 1000 hectares of urban territory, collecting 9,968 cubic meters of garbage. 51 thousand 369 people took part in the subbotnik, including representatives of 1666 groups of various organizations. Such numbers were voiced at the city hall.
This year, the subbotnik went under the motto “on the protection of cleanliness.” In almost all areas, veterans and fighters of their own joined order, many came with families, with young children. Field kitchens worked in the plots and Patriotic music sounded.
The city hall said that all collected garbage should be taken out of the city until the end of the week:
“The bags were taken out the entire weekend, this work continues to this day. About 3,000 cubic meters of garbage have already been removed from the city. For the export of bags, 131 special machines were attracted, 42 of them were provided by city enterprises and organizations performing work on the export of MSW, another 89 units of vehicles were attracted to commercial organizations. Cars collect bags from sections along the roads where equipment can drive up. It is there that according to the rules they should leave the participants of the subbotnik. But if somewhere collected garbage was not brought to the roadway, this can be reported to the district administration or service 005 by phone 223-85-05 “.
Recall, a two -month -old “for a clean city, pure Siberia!” With the participation of volunteers will continue until mid -October in all areas of Krasnoyarsk.
