Recall that in March, an individual entrepreneur was opened a criminal case of fraud for the implementation of the national project. According to investigators, in August 2023 “Rudyanskaya secondary school” I have concluded two contracts for offices for repairing rooms with a total more than 1 million rubles. Money was allocated as part of the national project “Education”.

After the work, the contractor provided reports and received full payment. However, after the audit, it turned out that not all premises were repaired, in addition, part of the work in the acts is duplicated.

As a result, the municipal budget caused damage in the amount of more than 280 thousand rubles.

The accused pleaded guilty and completely compensated for the damage. The criminal case was sent to the prosecutor's office to approve the indictment and subsequent sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
