In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, by order of the prosecutor, the head of a village in the Dzerzhinsko-Taseevsky district was fined for an undeveloped budget and an unbuilt park.

The prosecutor's office said that back in 2024, the village council of the village of Khandala won a competition of local initiatives with a local park project. Residents did not want any excesses, just to lay paths in the vacant lot in the center of the settlement and install benches for rest. The million rubles allocated from the regional budget should have been enough for this.

“However, this was followed only by silence. The administration did absolutely nothing. The limits silently returned back to the edge. And at the site of the future park, dry grass and trees still stick out, which are still remembered by the grandmothers of today’s schoolchildren. The problem of mass recreation has not been solved. They didn’t even touch her,” the press service noted.

The official was fined for violating the terms of interbudgetary transfers (Part 3 of Article 15.15.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) for 10 thousand rubles. He must pay from personal funds.

The prosecutor's office noted that this is not the first case – a year earlier, the head of the village council already received a similar fine for failing to organize the arrangement of pipes for sewage and melt water on the territory. A million rubles were also allocated for these purposes, which also returned to the budget.

The prosecutor's office continues monitoring in order to eliminate violations and implement the project for local residents.
