It was unjustly disciplined for not using company procedures. In the course of the trial, it turned out that the procedures were not acquainted with the employer and did not have real access to them – wrote trade unionists on Facebook.

The District Court has already restored Anna Basta to work. However, Kaufland appealed to the court with an appeal, which on Friday, August 8, 2025, was considered unfounded and distant.

– This is another success of our Association in defense of employees – say trade unionists.

Employees are triumphing

This is not the first defeat of Kaufland in court cases with employees. Two days ago, the court discontinued the proceedings against the chairman of the OPZZ Work Confederation Wojciech Jendrusiakwhich the network accused of slandering the company's good name and destroying its image.

Whereas A week ago, another Kaufland employee, Iwona Graszyńska from the market in Zgorzelec, won compensation from the network before the District Court in Lubań.
