New parking rules were introduced at Biedronka at ul. Bacciarelli in Wrocław. As part of the tests, instead of parking meters, cameras appeared that read the license plates entering the parking lot of vehicles and count the parking time. As with other ladybugs, the free stop time was set for 90 minutes.

Importantly, to be able to park longer, it is not enough to temporarily leave the parking lot and pass the car. According to the regulations placed at the entrance to the parking lot, If less than 15 minutes pass from the trip to re -entering the parking lot, the total stop time will be added up.

After exceeding the allowed stop time, you can basically leave the car around the clock. The snag, however, is that the parking lot manager will charge for this stop Additional fee of PLN 150.

Another PLN 200 will be charged for each subsequent day of parkingand and The maximum penalty can reach PLN 3,500.

According to “Auto Świat”, citing Biedronka representatives, in the future the new parking system is to be expanded to include further discount stores, initially from six to eight, in those places where drivers used parking lots massively to leave the car, not shopping.

Free parking, but ticket

We would like to remind you that although parking lots at supermarkets are usually free, parking lots are becoming more and more often in the parking lots. When choosing a car shopping, it's better to look at the signs carefully and not park “by heart”, nor do you extend shopping, because temporary staring can cost us up to PLN 200.

On the other hand, in parking lots under Lidl and Kaufland supermarkets, it is also worth watching parking spaces where we leave cars. Some places, incl. In Warsaw, Wrocław, Łódź, Poznań and tourist towns: even in Zakopane and Łeba, she was reserved for charging electricians. Leaving the car in the wrong way in the place intended for charging electric vehicles is threatened with a fine of PLN 20 to even PLN 5,000. PLN, although let us point out that this provision also applies to all other places where chargers stand.
