In Krasnoyarsk, the bailiffs forcibly hospitalized a man of a patient with tuberculosis. This was told in the GUFSP of Russia in the region.
By a court decision, the 43-year-old Krasnoyari was supposed to undergo 4-month treatment with the Krasnoyarsk regional anti-TB dispensary No. 1. However, notified of the excitation of the corresponding enforcement proceedings, the man did not want to go to the hospital voluntarily. He continued as if nothing had happened to walk around the city and visit public places, pose a threat to others.
The Krasnoyarsk ignored repeated telephone calls, did not appear at the place of registration and addresses of possible residence, in every possible way avoiding forced hospitalization.
“During the enforcement and vocational events, the bailiff phoned the debtor and, showing ingenuity, agreed with him about a meeting in the Saffran cafe near the bus station. At the appointed hour, the man arrived in a cafe, where he was met by employees of the inter -district bailiff department for the execution of executive documents of a non -property nature in the city of Krasnoyarsk, ”the GUFSSP said.
As a result, Krasnoyarsk with a social disease was forcibly taken to a medical anti -TB institution, where he will undergo the course of treatment.
