In the Krasnoyarsk Territory there is a tough shortage of doctors – there is only one vacancy 0.4 resume at a rate of 4.0. Such conclusions came analysts at the HH.ru online recruiting service.
Doctors are not enough in all regions of Siberia. At the same time, the Krasnoyarsk Territory is not the first place in the anti -rating. It is overtaken by the Altai Territory, where it falls on one vacancy 0.3 resume.
Analysts considered that the demand for doctors in the Krasnoyarsk Territory is 2.7 thousand vacancieswhich is 18 % of all vacancies in the Siberian Federal District. By the magnitude of demand, the region bypasses Novosibirsk region, where 3.6 thousand offers are opened on the market. The lowest demand is in the republics of Khakassia, Altai and Tuva (from 1 to 0.5 % of the number of vacancies in Siberia).
It is characteristic that in the region with the lowest demand and shortage of doctors the highest salary. In Tyu, they are ready to pay 120 thousand rubles a month – at the same time, applicants expect at least 150 thousand.
In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, doctors on average offer 96.2 thousand rubleswhich is less than in the Novosibirsk region and the Republic of Altai. Researchers have found that Krasnoyarsk experts would like to earn money from 100 thousand rubles.
The lowest wages of doctors in Altai Territory – only 65.4 thousand rubles. Applicants expect almost 20 thousand more.
