The representatives of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Lipova Court announced on Friday that a woman is investigated for committing the crime of hitting or other violence in the way of domestic violence.
“Between 13.01.2024-29.07.2025, in a closed family environment, the defendant BM, repeatedly, under the conditions of authority exercised abusively by the defendant, applied acts of physical violence and verbal to his major daughter, a person with an accentuated handicap, vulnerable, devoid of protection”prosecutors show, writes News.
According to them, the woman ”It was not limited to hitting the injured person with fists and palms in vital areas (head area), but also by using harsh objects or by the forced immersion of the victim's head in a valley usually used for animal washing ”.
In this way the mother created her daughter “a general state of terror, In which the victim was forced to live, the defendant merging without mercy on the vulnerable situation in which the injured person was, this being unable to speak, being diagnosed with deafness, having locomotor problems and thus being in a situation of dependence on the accused. “
The woman was detained for 24 hours, being presented to the Lipova Court who decided to arrest her preventive for 30 days.
