In the Krasnoyarsk Territory there will be a new support measure for participants in the harvesting of wood.
The draft law was received for consideration by the deputies of the Legislative Assembly, which was aimed at supporting participants in a special military operation and members of their families. Its initiators were the prosecutor of the region and deputies of parliament Vitaly Drozdov, Yuri Zakharinsky and Ekaterina Svodelko.
The speaker of the regional parliament Alexei Dodatko noted that now the acquisition of forest stands on the basis of contracts for the construction and repair of residential buildings and household buildings is possible only on the site provided for IZHS or personal subsidiary plots.
“The proposed changes will allow the families of participants to receive their wood for the construction, repair and heating of houses even in landmark areas. This is important help, especially given the harsh Siberian climate, ”the speaker explained.
