Materials on the topic

According to Krasnoyarsk, within three days the situation was heated due to uncertainty. The regional authorities did not comment on a large -scale failure, and on the hot lines of companies replied that the Internet does not work for reasons beyond their control. Only on Tuesday, the Governor of the Territory stated in general formulations that the malfunctions are related to security issues. At the same time, when the Internet starts again, he did not report.

Against the background of the information vacuum, the deputy from the LDPR Ivan Petrov proposed a constructive decision – to recalculate in the days when the Krasnoyarsk residents had no connection.

“Today I sent open letters to all mobile Internet operators in our region with a request to recalculate the monthly fee or provide promotional codes for days when there was no Internet,” Petrov said.

The deputy also called on the Krasnoyarstsev to calm: “I am understanding with the current situation. Today we are all in the same boat. According to the chairman of the LDPR Leonid Slutsky, it is now important to work with the shoulder to the shoulder. We need to hold on to each other and help those in need. ”

Russian political analyst Alexei Yaroshenko noted that the lack of mobile communications in Krasnoyarsk has become one of the main topics in the federal media.

“There are a lot of disputes, speculations, the search for causes and guilty,” the expert emphasized. – Against this background, I see the behavior of the deputy Petrov very indicative. Who about what, and the LDPR – about people. Ivan Petrov’s proposal to compensate for the lack of mobile communications for citizens can become a serious precedent in the country. This is honest with the consumer. ”

Recall that the Internet is also slowed down in the Urals, in Tatarstan, St. Petersburg, and other regions.
