Specialists of the administration of the Soviet district of Krasnoyarsk, together with police officers, conduct daily raids, in which they remind vacationers about the rules of conducting reservoirs, where it is forbidden to swim.
On special control – the beaches of the lakes in the village of Peschanka, the shore of the Yenisei under the bridge 777 and in the green grove. The corresponding signs are installed in these places, and rescuers also work.
“Lake Peschanka is one of the popular places among citizens. There are a fairly large number of vacationers both on weekdays and on weekends. We warn Krasnoyarstsev that for bathing in places where prohibiting signs are installed, a fine of up to three thousand rubles is facing, ”said Elena Lanina, head of the Soviet district administration.

The Krasnoyarsk people themselves admit, preventive measures are fruit – young people are listening and not bathing in reservoirs, which reduces the number of tragic cases.
“We are often a family here. We ourselves go into the water only to wet our legs. It’s good that rescuers look after adolescents, otherwise troubles would not be avoided. Nevertheless, you can’t look for everyone, and this is the responsibility of everyone, ”said Krasnoyarsk Alexander Gorova.
Recall, according to the Law of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, for swimming in a prohibited place, administrative liability is provided, which has been coming from 16 years. For bathing in an unauthorized place of the child, administrative responsibility falls on parents – they can be attracted for improper performance of parental duties to protect the rights and interests of the minor.
