The court ordered the resource supply company in Aban to supply residents with normal drinking water

Residents of the village of Aban, Krasnoyarsk Territory, complained to Rospotrebnadzor about the quality of cold water. Department specialists conducted an on-site inspection of the local Prombytzhilservice LLC and identified multiple violations.

Laboratory studies have shown that the water does not meet the standards for microbiological, organoleptic and sanitary-chemical indicators. In addition, the resource supplying organization did not carry out preventive measures, did not look for the reasons for the deterioration of water quality, did not develop a production control program and did not monitor the condition of water at water bodies.

Rospotrebnadzor filed a lawsuit in defense of an indefinite number of consumers. The court satisfied the demand and ordered the company to provide the population of the village with drinking water of adequate quality by April 28, as well as eliminate all violations of sanitary legislation.

The decision has already entered into legal force.
