The connection was partially restored only by some Krasnoyarsk residents who use the services of MegaFon, Beeline and T2 operators. Also, some users are helped by switching to 2G. However, most citizens continue to complain about problems.
Residents of the city are still asked to take cash with them for calculation in stores and public transport. In addition, due to the failure, bus tracking incorrectly works, and taxi prices due to increased demand remain higher than usual.
The authorities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory did not comment on the situation. The city administration only warned of possible difficulties in paying for travel.
A similar problem arose in neighboring regions – in the Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, Omsk regions, in Buryatia. Local authorities explain measures by terrorist threats, but the terms of network recovery also do not call the terms.
