The joint statement of Ukrainian artists Potap (Alexey Potapenko) and Nastya Kamensky, in which they hinted at separation, is being actively discussed on the Internet. At the same time, the artists who are now in the USA spend time together. The online publication GORDON publishes fresh joint photos of Potap and Kamensky.
What happened
On May 1, three days before the Kamenskys’ 39th birthday, the couple posted a joint post.
“Exactly 20 years ago we began our journey as a creative duo, which over time turned into something more. But sooner or later everything comes to an end. “Whatever you say, we are not a couple,” they wrote.
The artists did not specify which ending they were talking about, but quoted a verse from their duet song “Not a Couple.”
“Thank you for your support and love over all these years. We ask for understanding and respect for our decision. There will be no comments. Potap and Nastya,” the message says.
None of them specified what kind of decision they were talking about, but the media and fans on social networks interpreted their words as a statement that the artists were no longer a couple in real life.
Where are Kamenskikh and Potap now?
The partner of Ukrainian showman Potap, Sergei Makovets, who lives in the United States, posted a photo on Instagram on April 26 showing him with the singer and her team in Chicago (USA).
Neither Kamensky’s page nor Potap’s page have had any photos of them together for a long time, but in the photographs that their friends and partners publish online, the artists pose together. Makovets, a friend of Kamensky and Potap, published one of these photos in early March. He noted that the photo was taken in Florida.
Potap and Kamenskikh not only relax together, but also continue, contrary to the statement in their post, to work together on the same stage – on April 16, they took part in a forum for bloggers, which was held in Miami.
And then they relaxed on a yacht – in the photo Potap and Kamenskikh are posing next to each other. Judging by the position of her hands, the singer, posing in the frame, hugged her husband.
The network also contains joint photos of Kamensky and Potap, dated December 2025. In the photo, Potap and Kamenskikh also do not look like “not a couple.”
What Potap and Kamensky’s post means in this case is still unclear – perhaps in this way the artists are preparing for a high-profile release on the occasion of the singer’s birthday.
What adds piquancy to the publication is the fact that none of the stars of Ukrainian show business responded to it, as has always been the case with statements of other famous Ukrainian couples about separation. The post was even ignored by the neighbors and godfathers of Potap and Kamensky – presenters Yuri Gorbunov and Katya Osadchaya.
