“In addition to a refereized conclusion signed by employees of a competing organization, the investigator used the testimony of witnesses, former employees of Kib-Orto LLC, and now the founders and managers of the competitor of the competitor-Krasnoyarsk Prosthetic-Orthopedic Enterprise LLC, who have been in a corporate conflict with Tomina since 2023 and have all the“ foundations ”to make a reservation of the latter in their own in their own selfish purposes. For these reasons, the criminal case was returned to the prosecutor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory to eliminate the obstacles to his consideration by the court.
