FM – more than 200 high school students from Nazarovo, Borodino, Sharypovo, Kansk and Minusinsk this summer got acquainted with the enterprises of the coal mines and energy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, diving daily into exciting production processes.
Nazarovsky, Berezovsky, Borodinsky incisions, service units of technology and logistics, Nazarovskaya GRES, Kanskaya and Minusinskaya TPPs – participants of the trade union committee. They were able to see the work of giant rotor excavators, looked at how and where they repair mining equipment, with the help of training simulators, they tried on the profession of a diesel locomotive, and visited the boiler houses and in the boiler rooms and the boiler rooms and the boiler room Turbine workshops of energy enterprises learned how electricity is obtained from coal. The guys at a general rally shared their impressions with the general directors of Suek-Krasnoyarsk JSC Evgeny Yevtushenko and the Yenisei TGK (TGK-13) Oleg Bubnovsky.

With pride, the guys recalled joint events with energy and coal miners. So Borodinskaya, Nazarovskaya and Sharypovskaya youth became witnesses to a historical event-shipment of 2 billion tons of coal enterprises of Suek-Krasnoyarsk.
“It was simply incredible,” recalls Daria Dzitko from Sharypovo. – We first visited so close with the largest rotary excavator. But most importantly, we saw what kind of people work in enterprises, how they love their job! I would also like to work in such a team in the future precisely because of people! ”
The possibilities of employment, the prospects for the development of enterprises, career growth and much more high school students learned at a meeting with the general director of Suek-Krasnoyarsk JSC Evgeny Yevtushenko. He shared with the guys the history of his career path, spoke about the prospects of the coal mining industry.
“Wonderful youth is growing in our native cities,” says Yevgeny Yevtushenko, General Director of Suek-Krasnoyarsk JSC. “Working with the younger generation, which we, together with the Melnichenko Foundation, spend in industrial cities, already gives a tangible effect: the guys have eyes, more than once sounded how they are proud of their cities, notice their transformation and development, but, most importantly, the youth wants to return after receiving education to their small homeland.”
With the General Director of the Yenisei TGK (TGK-13) Oleg Bubnovsky, the Trade Commands, met at the TPP-3. The meeting turned out to be very warm. Oleg Bubnovsky talked about how he came to the profession, about the main specialties in the energy sector and educational institutions where they are received. Companies participate in the Professor program and cooperate with educational institutions of the region, which are part of the educational and production cluster of the fuel and energy complex of the region. Doors for certified specialists are open at all enterprises of companies.

Alexei Kosykh from Kansk said that at the age of 14 he already managed to work at the Kanskaya CHP: “I was very surprised when I was offered to work at the CHP and, of course, immediately agreed. Such production are closed for ordinary residents, but I was lucky to get there as a participant in the trade union committee. FM “. The station itself and the fuel warehouse, which are necessary for its work, impressed. I liked it very much, ”Alexey shared.
From a living dialogue, schoolchildren moved on to a cognitive tour. They got acquainted with the work of the TPP-3-the youngest and most modern station in Krasnoyarsk. The children were shown the main generating equipment – the power unit – and talked about the work of highly effective electr), which are installed on all SGK heaters. The guests also visited the central shield – the control panel of the entire station. Hence, experts control the volume of the release of thermal and electric energy.
“I am sincerely delighted with the involvement and responsibility of the guys. They did not just come to look at the energy, but delved into the essence of the processes of heat and electricity. And all summer they helped maintain order and restore beauty in their cities. This indicates the strength of the character of each project participant. It is such people who work at the enterprises of the fuel and energy complex. We are very waiting for the guys in our team to solve the production problems that are facing the industry together, ”said Oleg Bubnovsky, General Director of the Yenisei TGK JSC (TGK-13).
