Krasnoyarsk found itself in the dock for illegal registration of foreigners.
According to the police, last year a 30-year-old woman was approached by a man she did not know and asked to register foreigners in her apartment. At the same time, she did not intend to provide housing for actual living. Krasnoyarsk issued documents for six people. For this she received 8 thousand rubles.
Investigators opened a criminal case under the article on fictitious registration of a foreign citizen or stateless person at the place of stay in Russia.
The case materials with the approved indictment were sent to the Sovetsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk. The accused faces up to 5 years in prison.
