Traffic restrictions in Sinaia, starting on Friday, for the National Coast Championship

The traffic will be restricted at the end of this week on several streets in Sinaia, the resort hosting the 14th edition of the Sinaia trophy, a car race that is part of the National Coast Championship, according to News.ro.

Thousands of tourists and over 70 pilots are expected to participate on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Sinaia Trophy, organized in the Prahova Valley.

The car race is one of the most spectacular in the National Coast Speed Championship, and this year it takes place in the memory of the athlete Mihai Leu.

The competition takes place on a route with a length of 2800 meters and a difference of level of 260 meters, for the competition being established restrictions on several streets in the city.

Starting on Friday at 8, until Sunday at 9 pm, Carol I Boulevard, which crosses the resort, will be closed to road traffic, and on Saturday and Sunday, during the day, the streets of heroes, monastery, ant 1400 will be closed, on which the car race will be held.

Tourists who want to reach the cars at Gondola Sinaia will use the route Carol I Boulevard – Aosta Street – Şoimului – Coştilei – Gheorghe Doja – Nou Road Cota 1400.

The buses will leave the Aosta round, where the traffic restriction in the central area of the resort will be established.
