The administration of Krasnoyarsk has launched a public hearing procedure on changes in the rules of improvement – it is proposed to supplement them with a section that regulates the placement and movement of personal mobility in the city, including electric scooters. For violations, fines will be provided.
“The adoption of changes will control the activities of kikshering companies. In addition, it is planned to make points prohibiting the rules that prohibit creating obstacles to the removal of municipal solid waste, ”the city hall said.
Public hearings will be held until August 27. Any resident of the city or the owner of land, buildings, buildings and structures located on its territory can take part in them.
