The Russian Ministry of Defense proposed expanding the list of diseases in which citizens who are recognized limited to military service will not be able to conclude a contract in case of mobilization. The draft relevant regulatory act is posted on the federal portal of draft regulatory legal acts.
According to The document, the list of diseases will increase from 26 to 35 items. The innovation should adjust the procedure for admission to the contract under the contract in special conditions.
The document is now undergoing an independent anti -corruption examination. After the completion of this procedure, the project will be finalized taking into account the comments received and aimed at further coordination in specialized authorities. In the case of approval, new rules will enter into force from the moment of official publication.
In addition, the Ministry of Defense made a proposal to establish the term of accrual payments Citizens called on mobilization before the date of transfer of official duties and positions. The corresponding initiative is enshrined in the draft order prepared by the head of the department.
