The expert recalled: When it comes to a radiant smile, nutrition is the first step towards its beauty. Everything that falls on the plate affects not only the skin and hair, but also the tint of enamel. If you want to preserve the snowiness of the teeth, you should carefully treat the daily menu.
Coffee and tea most often leave a yellowish plaque. Shipping and sweet dishes are also not good, they can make a smile dull and add unnecessary shades. Spices like turmeric, paprika and curry look great in dishes, but their pigments easily settle on enamel.
But apples, pears, carrots, nuts and flax seeds work like a natural brush: gently cleanse the surface of the teeth and support the health of the gums. Fruits and vegetables are better to eat fresh, so they really help to preserve the purity of a smile. But the juices and nectars are best left for a special occasion.
If you want to add bright tastes to the salad, lemon juice or grape vinegar – a great alternative to dark sauces. Soy sauce and balsamic vinegar can be painted enamel, so it is better to use them less often.
And yet, even the most useful products will not always replace professional care. Do not forget to regularly check with the dentist so that the teeth are probably not only white, but also healthy.
