Antoine Baroan, the 25-year-old striker transferred by Rapid this summer, could debut for Giulesti in the Friday match in Miercurea Ciuc, Costel Gâlcă said in a press conference, quoted by Digisport.
“For now, I think of the baroan (no Antoine Baroan), if I can put it in this match, because it is important for us. It has been very well and I want to be best for the match, that we need it,” Gâlcă said.
Antoine Baroan evolved in the previous season in the form of a loan at Ludogorets, and for Bulgarians he scored two goals and provided two decisive passes in seven games.
The coach of the Rapid cataloged the game on Friday as a very difficult match for his team as the opponent will be motivated after the drastic defeat in the last stage, 1-6 with Unirea Slobozia.
“A very difficult match awaits us at Csikszereda, from the fact that they have lost score in front of Slobozia and they will certainly mobilize. So, from us, first of all, we must have a very good attitude. Our attitude I think will count a lot in this match,” Gâlcă said.
The match between Csikszereda and Rapid will take place on Friday, from 10:00 pm.
