The service for the search for work and personnel, Imlapa.ru analyzed vacancies and resumes in the construction sector, placed by Krasnoyarsk employers on the resource, and revealed a significant decrease in vacancies and an increase in the number of resumes, as well as an increase in wages for certain professions.
The labor market in the construction industry after several years of hard personnel deficit comes to a more balanced state in terms of demand and demand ratio: the number of vacancies over the year decreased by 15 %, and the number of resumes increased by 31 %.

In addition, stabilization of the situation has led to a decrease in the salary race in the industry. Thus, if a year earlier there was an increase in median wages in the industry by an average of 19 %, then in 2025 only 4 %. The reason for the adjustment is quite obvious – a change in the rules for the provision of family mortgages and the increased interest rates, which led to a decrease in the volume of new construction and slowing down the pace of current projects. But a number of professions remain in demand and scarce.
The smallest reduction in demand for the year is noticeable by installers (-27 %), by locksmiths (-25 %), for engineers-designers (-9 %). The largest decrease is by the forerunners (-50 %), in the handbler (-45 %), for welders (-41 %).
At the same time, median salaries in the field of construction for a year increased by locksmiths (+33 % to 60 thousand rubles), among installers (+20 % – up to 110 thousand rubles), from operating engineers (+10 % to 55 thousand rubles), for welders (+10 % – up to 110 thousand rubles).
