The court in Noyabrsk annulled the marriage of a Russian woman with a citizen of Tajikistan, since she turned out to be his second wife.
The woman married in April 2024. However, later it turned out that the man was already married. At the time of registration, he was not divorced with his first wife. The prosecutor appealed to the court with a lawsuit.
“The court of the prosecutor's office is satisfied, the specified marriage was invalidated. The execution of the court decision is under control, ”writes North Press with reference to the press service of the supervisory authority.
