“Frying young potatoes with dill and garlic are a simple and very aromatic dish with a familiar home taste. Boiling potatoes before frying gives a soft middle and crispy crust, so do not let this step,” the site says.
Ingredients:
- 600 g of young potatoes;
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika;
- 60 g of butter;
- three cloves of garlic;
- Dill to taste.
Cooking
- Wash and clean the potatoes. Pour it with cold water and bring it to a boil. Cook five to seven minutes.
- Put the potatoes into a pan heated with butter and fry until golden crust over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Salt to taste, add smoked paprika, grated garlic and finely chopped dill. Mix and warm for another two to three minutes.
