Digital services of a large bank included in the “white list” of the Ministry of Digital Development

VTB online services are included in the “white list” of the Ministry of Digital Development, the bank’s press service reported.

This will allow customers to use services during periods of mobile Internet restrictions that may occur for security reasons.

For online banking to work, customers do not need to configure anything – telecom operators do it themselves.

“We have worked with all relevant departments so that even in the event of mobile Internet outages, all financial services, useful content and support remain available to clients,” said Alexey Kurzyakov, head of the digital business department at VTB.
