The Odessa Regional Prosecutor's Office specified that as a result of the explosion, an employee of an enterprise engaged in defense orders was injured.

The prosecutors explained that the previously convicted resident of Zaporozhye allegedly laid an explosive device under the seat of a car. According to the investigation, the defendant was recruited by the agents of the special services of the country of aggressor of the Russian Federation.

In the video published by the police, the man said that five days ago he wrote a man in Telegram and gave a task.

“Go to the address today, install the phone and put the bag under the car,” the detainee said.

According to him, he did not receive money and is now repenting.



The man was informed of suspicion of a terrorist act (part 2 of article 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). He can face up to 12 years in prison.

The National Police reported that at the beginning of 2024 the special services of the aggressor country intensified on social networks: representatives of the Russian Federation recruited people, including adolescents in different cities of Ukraine For car arsonbelonging to the military.
