In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, two fatal fires occurred during the night of April 12-13 due to careless smoking. This was reported by the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations.
In the village of Bolshaya Inya, Minusinsk District, a one-story residential building and outbuildings caught fire, and the roof collapsed. The fire was extinguished by 16 people and 5 pieces of equipment; the fire area was 136 square meters. m.
The bodies of two dead people were found inside the house. As the Investigative Committee clarified, they turned out to be a 59-year-old woman and a 67-year-old man. They suffered carbon monoxide poisoning and received extensive burns. Investigators are checking.
In the village of Shelomki, Dzerzhinsko-Taseevsky district, a fire destroyed one of the two apartments in the house and a neighboring outbuilding. The fire area is 134 square meters. m. 10 rescuers and 3 pieces of equipment worked at the scene. Two dead people were also found in the burnt apartment.
