Sour -milk products
Kefir, sour cream, yogurt or milk are able to quickly relieve burning with light sunburn. They have a high pH, so they significantly reduce inflammation and soothe the skin.
- Cool the product in the refrigerator and apply a thin layer to the affected area without rubbing.
- Leave for 15-20 minutes, then gently rinse with cool water.
- Repeat the procedure 2-3 times a day.
Cold
Ice compresses will help reduce the temperature and remove the burning sensation, but the ice cannot be applied directly.
- Wrap ice cubes in a clean towel or gauze.
- Attach to the burned place for 5-10 minutes.
- Pause so as not to overcool the damaged area.
Water
Sun burns cause stress and dehydration. Fill the loss of fluid to accelerate the regeneration of the skin. A day after a burn, you should drink at least 2.5 liters of pure water.
