Residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory are called to the competition to support local initiatives

The Ministry of Finance of the Krasnoyarsk Territory invites municipalities to take part in the competition under the program for supporting local initiatives (PPMI). To do this, it is necessary to submit projects approved by residents of municipalities, as well as a full package of documents.
Applications from the territories are collected by the Institute of State and Municipal Administration under the government of the region. The deadline for submitting documents until December 1, 2025.
The program supports projects aimed at creating and repairing children's and sports grounds, landscaping territories, repairing water supply systems, updating cultural houses and sports facilities, modernizing street lighting, as well as the purchase of equipment and equipment.
“It is important that residents themselves determine the priorities of development, participate in financing and take responsibility for the implementation. Such a format of initiative budgeting in the Krasnoyarsk Territory has been proveing its effectiveness for several years and has repeatedly been highly appreciated at the federal level, ”said Vladimir Bakhar, Deputy Prime Minister of the region.
We add that one of the conditions for participating in the program is to co -financing projects by citizens in the amount of at least 4 % of the cost. Within 8 %, the local budget invests, and about 8 % comes from additional sources, for example, from organizations. The bulk of the financing is allocated from the regional budget.
