In Krasnoyarsk, police revealed 180 violations of migration legislation. The raids took place as part of the “Non-Electric Party-2025” event.

Inspections were carried out in places of mass stay of foreign citizens: hotels, construction sites, wholesale and retail bases, catering. In total, the police visited 30 objects.

During the operation, the police revealed 180 violations. Most of them are the lack of documents confirming the right to stay in the country. This situation was identified in 94 migrants. They can face a fine of up to 5 thousand rubles and expulsion from the country. Another 39 people violated the rules of stay in Russia, and 10 – violated migration rules. 24 foreign citizen worked illegally in Russia, and 5 violated the deadline for issuing a patent.

Migrant employers were also brought to administrative responsibility. During the raid, 8 protocols were drawn up under Art. 18.15 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (involving a foreign citizen or stateless person in the Russian Federation in the absence of a foreign citizen or state of state permission or a patent in the Russian Federation). For legal entities, such a violation of the law can cost up to 800 thousand rubles, for officials – up to 50 thousand rubles.

In addition, police officers established 28 facts of fictitious registration of foreigners (Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). 3 criminal cases have already been instituted. Violators may face a fine of up to 500 thousand rubles, as well as forced labor or imprisonment for up to 5 years.
