In Krasnoyarsk, by decision of the city administration, overhaul will be carried out in 852 apartment buildings.
Work in these houses according to the general regional program should be completed from 2025 to 2028. When approving the plans, the regional overhaul fund, as expected, sent a notification to each house about the types and terms of work. The owners received them along with receipts of payment of services.
Until May 10, in each house they had to decide – to carry out work in the proposed form, transfer them or change the type of overhaul. It was necessary to inform the fund about the adoption of such decisions at general meetings. If no documents from the house have received the fund, then the owners agree to the proposed type and terms of work.
“Notifications to the Fund until May 10 did not receive 852 high -rise buildings from residents. Therefore, houses are included in the overhaul plan by decision of the administration of Krasnoyarsk with the types and conditions that are indicated in the regional program. The work is organized by the regional overhaul fund, ”the city hall said.
The administration noted that overhaul helps to extend the service life, improve the characteristics of the whole house, and also ensure its safety. This is a complete replacement or serious update of one of the systems of the house – networks, elevator equipment, roof, facade, basement.
At the same time, the repair of entrances, the restoration of visors or drains on the roof, repair of the porch, replacement of batteries and windows in the entrances do not include overhaul. Management companies and HOA are engaged in this work. Money for it is a rent of residents under the article “Current Repair and maintenance of common property”.
