This network wants to have 400 discount stores in Poland by the end of the year


There will be over 400 ALDI stores in Poland by the end of the year – the company said in a communication.
This year, the network debuted, among others in places such as Świnoujście, Brzeziny, Czechowice-Dziedzice, Strzelce Opolskie.
“In our development, we try to act so that new Aldi outlets appear in all voivodships. Thanks to the next opening in Krakow, the number of stores in Lesser Poland will already be 19, while the debut in Ropczyce will make us have 8 branches in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. Another openings are of course before us” – says Wojciech Baryga, sales manager of Aldi Polska.
The company currently employs approx. 4.8 thousand employees in Poland.
