The Krasnoyarsk administration spoke about the improvement of a new public space at 102 Lomonosova Street.

Let us remind you that previously there were three dilapidated houses here, which were demolished in 2024. Now the place is empty or used as unauthorized parking. There is a large medical facility nearby and a new residential neighborhood is being built.

Residents of the micro-section of Lomonosov Street expressed a desire to develop a park with an area for recreation and walking, as well as more greenery. According to the design project, on an area of ​​10 thousand sq.m. There will be a walking trail, active and quiet recreation areas, a children's area and a dog walking area. In addition, trees and shrubs will be planted, flower beds will be decorated, street lighting and CCTV cameras will be installed.

The work will be carried out this season. “17,633 people voted for the improvement of this site. The emphasis will be on the convenience of all categories of residents, including those with limited mobility. Tactile slabs will be installed in front of the roadway, and a lowered curb will be made to make it comfortable for wheelchair users,” told Head of the Zheleznodorozhny District Administration Evgeny Semkin.

Let us remind you that in total, in 2026, within the framework of the federal program “Formation of a comfortable urban environment” of the national project “Infrastructure for Life” in Krasnoyarsk, it is planned to improve 7 public spaces.
