What you need
- 150 ml of skim 1% milk
- 2 g agar-agar
- 70 g of raw eggs
- Sugar -substituter to taste
- 30 g of chocolate syrup without sugar
How to cook in steps
- Dissolve the agar-agar in milk and bring the mixture to a boil, stir-the mass thickens quickly.
- Beat the cooled proteins with a sucrotor to a strong foam.
- Connect the proteins with the agar mass (not warm, otherwise they will curl up), mix gently.
- Put the mass in the shape, pour in chocolate syrup on top.
- Take into the refrigerator for at least an hour – and enjoy your dietary cake.
