But at the same time, the developer concludes a contract with the city, which provides for its social obligations. The investor coordinates the construction on the infrastructure site: it can be educational institutions, roads, parking, squares, libraries, leisure centers, necessary networks and communications. The list depends on the size of the territory and economic parameters of the project. Contracts may provide for both the construction of facilities at the expense of the investor and the gratuitous transfer of land under them, ”the city hall explained.
We add that also earlier the Krasnoyarsk deputies unanimously supported the bill of the prosecutor's office on the issue of amendments to the decision on the rules of land use and development of the city regarding the introduction of point construction of houses in the absence of such an opportunity in the territory planning project.
