Ingredients:
- 1 kg of potatoes;
- one onion;
- two cloves of garlic;
- 1 tbsp. l. sour cream;
- 3 tbsp. l. flour;
- one egg;
- vegetable oil, salt, pepper to taste.
Preparation
- Alternately grate the peeled potatoes and onions. You need to alternate so that the potatoes do not darken.
- Add grated garlic, salt, pepper, sour cream, add flour and beat in the egg. Mix the mixture thoroughly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and spoon out the potato mixture, forming potato pancakes.
- Fry the products on both sides until golden brown.
