Americans are preparing evacuation from Israel. I am talking about up to 700 thousand people

The US Embassy in Jerusalem plans to evacuate American citizens who want to leave Israel – informed the US ambassador to Mike Huckabe. Americans will be able to use evacuation aircraft and ships.

The ambassador did not specify in his post on platform X when the evacuation process begins.

Earlier, the US embassy announced that it would remain closed to Friday in connection with the security situation and the suggestions of the Israeli side. The US Department of State warned American citizens before going to Israel.

According to the Associated Press agency, the State Department appointed a special group to help Americans wanting to leave Israel and other Middle East countries. Task group is to provide information to Americans in 24 -hour mode, wanting to return to the United States.

AP estimates that there are about 700 thousand in Israel. Americans, many of them are people with double, American-Israeli citizenship. Thousands of more American citizens are located in other Middle East countries, including in Iran.

Organizations are already helping

The NGO from Florida Gray Bull Rescue evacuated the first two groups of Americans from Israel in connection with the mutual attacks of Israel and Iran, “ABC News said on Wednesday.

A spokesman for Gray Bull Rescue Foundation told ABC News that the organization evacuated the first two groups of Americans and people with the right to permanent residence in the USA. Further operations are prepared – added a representative of the NGO, who helps to save Americans from zones covered with conflicts and disasters. So far, almost 300 people have been evacuated from Israel.

Governor's office Florida Ron Desantis confirmed that the state cooperates with this organization in the evacuation of Americans from Israel.

Earlier on Wednesday, the United States Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabe announced that the facility is planning to evacuate American citizens who want to leave Israel. Americans will be able to use evacuation aircraft and ships. It is not known when the evacuation process will begin.
