More than twenty students of higher and secondary educational institutions have passed production practice at the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station in the first half of 2025.

Practice agreements concluded the Sayano-Shushensky branch of the Siberian Federal University, Siberian State University of Science and Technology named after M.F. Reshetneva, National Research University “Moscow Energy Institute” and the Angara Polytechnic College. Among the students-practical students there are current employees of the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station who receive additional education or a new specialty.

“Production practice is an important part of long -term work to attract graduates of educational institutions to the energy and training of personnel for the Boguchansky hydroelectric power station. We select for each student a unit in the specialty, appoint responsible employees who can convey theoretical knowledge and practical skills. I am sure that the experience gained at the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station will give the children confidence in the defense of the thesis, and then will come in handy when choosing a place of work, ”said Vladislav Kobyakov, general director of Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station JSC.

Depending on the future profession, students get the opportunity to get acquainted with the practice of the work of one of the station departments available at the station with equipment and accumulated experience in its operation. For the entire time of practice, which lasts from two weeks to one month, practitioners are provided with official housing.

“My future specialty is electric power and electrical engineering in the profile of“ hydroelectric power station ”. I heard about the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station from a classmate, read about it on the Internet and decided that I wanted to get a practice at this station. In the production and technical service, my head was the leading engineer of the group of turbine and hydromechanical equipment Andrei Artemyev. The PTS team is very friendly, all employees helped. From them I received information that helped to calculate and choose equipment for my thesis, and the curator pointed out errors and inaccuracies. In the future, I would like to work at the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station in the operational service by the duty electrician, ”said Denis Savchenko, a 4-year student of the SAFU SFU SFU.

Two more SSF students have practiced practice in the group of regimes and escorting markets and in the service of management technological systems. The great impression on them was made not only by modern equipment and the friendly professional team of the station, but also by the city of hydropower codes. Some students have already decided that they want to return and work at the Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station.

Boguchanskaya hydroelectric power station JSC actively interacts with organizations of higher and secondary vocational education, training in specialized areas. For senior students, practices are organized and conducted, the purpose of which is the comprehensive development of all types of professional activities, the formation of general and professional competencies, the acquisition of skills and experience in practical work in the specialty. Graduates of educational institutions regularly inform about open vacancies, social package and corporate life of the team, which allows them to make a conscious choice of place of work.
