The metro and streets are flooded in Minsk
After a heavy downpour, the capital of Belarus turned into a large river: the metro plunged into the abyss of rainwater – in the footage, a stormy stream runs right inside the lobby.
Citizens outside the subway also have a hard time – they have to walk through the streets in knee-deep water, and the raging elements do not allow the doors of the trams to be opened.
