In Krasnoyarsk, a man stole gold jewelry from his ex -wife and took her car without demand. This was told in the united press service of the courts of the region.
Everything happened on March 14 of this year. The attacker lived in the apartment of his ex -wife and abducted her gold clock worth 49 thousand rubles. Together with the clock, he took himself the Golden Ring of the Ex-Supruga, the price of which is more than 15 thousand rubles.
On the same day, the man got into his former car, not notifying her about it, and left the crime scene. Without a driver’s license, he traveled along the streets of Krasnoyarsk for about an hour, until he was caught by police.
A criminal case was opened on the hijacker and a thief. The court found him guilty of the crimes provided for in paragraph “c” of Part 2 of Art. 158, Part 1 of Art. 166, Part 2 of Art. 69, Art. 73 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and sentenced to imprisonment for a period of 2 years 6 months conditionally with a trial period of 2 years 6 months.
The car was left at the disposal of the ex-spray of a man.
