JSC “Suek-Krasnoyarsk” joined the regional project “professional for all” the state program of the Krasnoyarsk Territory “Development of Education”
The project launched in the region in 2025, on behalf of the Governor of the Territory, is aimed at improving the quality of professional education, providing the economy of the region with qualified personnel and the training of future professionals in demand in the labor market.
Potential employers who are ready to invest in the development of secondary vocational education and provide a base for working out practical skills of students are participants in the project. As part of the Professor for All project, seven new educational clusters will appear in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, which included 17 technical schools and colleges along with regional enterprises and organizations.
Deputy Minister of Education of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Artem Petenev noted: “The goals and objectives of the regional project“ Professor for all ”correspond to the tasks of the national project“ Youth and Children ”, and, on the one hand, repeat the technologies of the Federal Project“ Professor ”, which has been implemented in the region since 2023, on the other, contribute to the closer interaction of secondary professional education institutions with employers, which creates the conditions for more Successful integration of young specialists into production. The regional project allows you to expand the number of educational clusters, make them more flexible, under the request of partners-employers. Participation in the project is useful for each side: to enterprises it will allow more efficiently resolved the issue of replenishing the personnel deficit and quick adaptation of young specialists, colleges and technical schools – to get new equipment, and to students – to have a guaranteed place to undergo production practice and work after training, a comfortable transition from the training bench to the work environment. ”
The project was joined by JSC SUEK-Krasnoyarsk. General Director Yevgeny Yevtushenko signed an agreement on joint activities aimed at creating and developing the educational and production cluster “Energostart”.
“Having a positive experience in participating in the federal project“ professional ”, we decided to include the company in the regional program,” says Yevgeny Yevtushenko. – Over the years, we have been closely cooperating with the technical school of mountain developments named after V.P. Astafyeva, whose graduates work at Suek-Krasnoyarsk enterprises in Borodino. Today, an agreement on cooperation has been signed, including with the Nazarovsky energy -planning technical school, on the basis of which it is planned to open new areas with our support – training in the specialty of Mountain Affairs and “Excavator ECG“ Excavator ECG ”. This will allow applicants to expand the choice of future professions, and we will receive qualified specialists for enterprises in the western part of the region – Nazarovsky and Berezovsky sections. ”
By the way, the Nazarovsky incision last week also joined the project “Professor for everyone” – miners in collaboration with the Nazarian agricultural technical school named after A.F. Vepreva signed an agreement on the creation of the educational and production cluster “Industrial Engineering” in order to replenish the undercurrent by the professions of the bulldozer and the driver of the hydraulic excavator at the coal mining enterprise.
The implementation of new educational programs with the support of leading enterprises and organizations of the Krasnoyarsk Territory will begin in September of this year.
