On November 28, the “Impulse T1” conference will take place in Moscow, which is being held by the T1 IT holding in the capital for the third time.

The event will take place within the walls of the Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) and will bring together leading experts from various fields to discuss how modern technologies are changing our lives, as well as what specialists will be needed in the future to create, implement and improve these technologies. A hackathon will be organized for students and young professionals.

The IT sector in Russia continues to actively develop – in 2025, business invested 5.24 trillion rubles in IT technologies. As the sector grows, the need for highly qualified specialists increases. Despite the increase in the number of employees of IT companies in Russia by 70% over the past five years, the market continues to face a shortage of personnel.

“The need for qualified specialists continues to grow, so we consistently invest in the development of future engineers: we help universities update their curricula, conduct career and educational events, and invite students to internships. We see that young people want to grow in the profession,” says Ekaterina Kolesnikova, deputy general director of the T1 IT holding for personnel.

According to the organizers, the program includes reports, discussions, presentations of projects of young professionals, and a Crazy Startups Show. With the participation of the Ministry of Digital Development and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, experts will discuss approaches to developing the engineering talents of the future. Scientific topics include: AI revolution, quantum technologies, computer vision, neuroarchitecture.

In 2025, the series of conferences covers four cities: after Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk, the series of events will end in Moscow.
