The defense of the accused of corruption of the mayor of Krasnoyarsk Vladislav Loginov appealed his conclusion in the pre -trial detention center. About this reports TASS with reference to the Basmanny Court of Moscow.
The mayor’s lawyer Yekaterina Pisarevskaya told the Sibnovosti.ru portal that the appeal was filed a few days ago. The date of consideration of the complaint has not yet been set.
“The preventive measure will always appeal. The guilt is not proved, the investigation just begins, and I, as a defender, think that it is (detention, approx. Ed.) Premature, ”Pisarevskaya commented.
Recall, Vladislav Loginov Detained on June 9th. According to investigators, the head of the city received a bribe in the form of 180 million rubles with money from the general director of a commercial organization and paying for the construction of a bathhouse on the official of the official. For this, Loginov ensured the victory of the company at the auction for the repair of roads. The mayor himself at the trial stated that he was stipulated.
The Basmanny court sent Vladislav Loginov in jail until August 4.
