To exercise authority to lead the Ministry is entrusted with Yulia Belousova, First Deputy Minister of Health of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. This was reported in the department of the press service of the governor.
Julia Belousova is 51 years old, she was born in Krasnoyarsk. In 1996, she graduated from the Krasnoyarsk State Medical Academy in the direction of Dentistry, in 1999, and in 2010 she received the degree of candidate of medical sciences. During her studies, she worked as a nurse in the intensive care unit of the regional clinical hospital, at the end of the residency she took the position of a dentist in the department of maxillofacial surgery of the BSMP.
She received additional education at the Krasnoyarsk State Medical University in the direction of “Organization of Health and Public Health”. In June 2011, she was appointed chief physician of the Taseevsky district hospital. During this period, she became a deputy of the Taseevsky district covert of deputies.
From January 2016 to September 2024 she worked as the chief physician of the Sukhobuzim district hospital. On September 17, by order of the Government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, he was appointed to the post of state civil service as Deputy Minister of Health of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
