Social projects implemented with the support of the Zelenogorsk ECHZ received awards of the All -Russian competition
Social projects implemented with the support of JSC “PO“ Electrochemical Plant ”(JSC“ for ECHZ ”, an enterprise of the fuel division“ Rosatom ”in ZATO Zelenogorsk of the Krasnoyarsk Territory) were awarded the awards of the All -Russian competition of corporate social programs“ Adult business. The competition is organized by the Social Technology Agency with the support of Rosatom and the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, the purpose of which is to popularize effective programs for educating youth business. The winners presented their practices, which will be included in the electronic collection.
The chairman of the city council of deputies Dmitry Shashilo and the director of the Perspective Education Center, Svetlana Antonyuk, who took part in the award and discussion ceremony, which took place in the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, brought the awards to Zelenogorsk. The event was attended by representatives of 35 subjects of the country. There were three nominations in the “Big Business” category, in two of them an electrochemical plant won.
At a press conference on the results of the competition, the head of the public communications department of the EHZ Sergey Korzhov spoke about the winning project “Atom of the future: talents, technologies, prospects”.
This is a whole complex of various educational programs for the development of scientific and technical creativity of the city and youth of the city, for motivation for building a career in the nuclear industry. Eight of the most successful were chosen from numerous projects. Such as “Technopark in kindergarten”, “Agency of progressive solutions”, “Experimentary. Next ”,“ The Center for the Development of Modern Competencies of Children and Youth in the areas “Engineering Design” and “Augmented Reality”, “Talents of the Small Motherland-a Great Country”, “Workshop of Zelenogorsk Engineers”, the All-Russian competition “Prospect 3D” and “Engineering Classes”.
The effectiveness of projects is confirmed by the victories of the young Greenforships in various competitions and olympiads.
For several years, more than 8.7 million rubles have allocated to the promotion of these projects and technical support. But the main value and peculiarity of these projects, according to Sergei Korzhov, is that ECHZ experts are actively involved in them as experts and mentors. Children have a unique opportunity to gain practical knowledge from industrialists who solve world -class tasks.
Dmitry Shashilo spoke about the second winning project-“Youth Military-patriotic sports games“ Atomic Guard ”. The authors of the project laid the basis of a large -scale event in which teams from nuclear cities from all over the country took part.
Last year, the games were held in two atomic cities: Zelenogorsk became the center of attraction for the five teams of the Siberian Federal District, Novouralsk accepted ten teams of the Central Federal District. In April of this year, the games were held in Volgograd, which accepted 17 teams from nuclear cities. And in total, 32 teams (320 participants) took part in the game.
The deputy said that this year, thanks to the support of the ECHZ and the fuel company TVEL, the municipal stage of the game will be held on August 22, on the State Flag of the Russian Federation. There are also plans to involve the atomic guard in the history of the working youth of city enterprises and organizations.
The Director of the Personal Central Center Svetlana Antonyuk was invited to Moscow outside the competitive program to share the unique municipal network interdepartmental practice “School of Social Design”, which has been developing in Zelenogorsk for eight years. More than three hundred social projects (infrastructure, environmental, patriotic, digital, event, healthy, etc.) has been implemented by initiative schoolchildren of the city, together with public organizations and business representatives at different levels. More than 50 city and industry enterprises and organizations are involved in the project.
In 2024, the Zelenogorsk project team took part in the celebrations of the “We Together” Prize, which was visited by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“Today we are working with the social investment agency and innovations on the new program, which is called“ training ”. We create a methodological material that is already tested in several cities of Rosatom. And not only Rosatom … The meaning of the new program is that the community of adults (enterprises, organizations) makes an actual social order that children can be realized, ”Svetlana Antonyuk said about the prospects.
